Implant Centers of America is a clinician-led dental support organization focused on implant-supported restorative dentistry.
We support nine dental offices and two business units across New York, New Jersey, Kentucky, Missouri, Colorado, and Hawaii — and we were formed by a group of premier implantologists who had each already built a successful practice on their own.
That distinction matters. ICOA was not assembled by buying practices and absorbing them. It was built by doctors who chose to come together, who retain ownership in the company, and who continue to lead the clinical care in their own offices. What changed for them is the strength of the support behind them.

How We Support Our Practices
ICOA provides the infrastructure that most independent practices cannot build alone:
- Revenue cycle management — billing, collections, and payor operations handled centrally
- Accounting and financial reporting — timely, accurate reporting built on a scalable foundation
- Marketing and patient acquisition — through Ellis Advertising, our in-house creative and media unit, producing television, digital, and print campaigns and placing media in each local market
- Procurement — group purchasing power on implants, supplies, and lab services
- Clinical education and training — ongoing development in minimally invasive implant protocols
- Operations and recruiting — KPI cadence, staffing support, and doctor recruitment

Mini Dental Implant Centers of America
ICOA’s MDICA business unit is a turnkey practice-development and licensing program for general dentists building minimally invasive implant capability. Licensed doctors receive exclusive local territory and brand rights, clinical training and mentorship, case consulting, guided-surgery and lab workflows, patient-financing pathways, and ongoing practice coaching.
For many doctors, MDICA is where the relationship with ICOA begins.
